and my wife have four children, three of which are teenagers.
We have been operating for over 20 years catering to both
families and young adults. As such, please be assured that
we will provide the utmost in safety and comfort for your
young adults this Spring season.

that we are onsite during these weekends and can be contacted

| RULES
OF THE SUNRISE MOTEL AND APARTMENTS
While at the Sunrise Motel, we want
you to enjoy a safe stay. The following are the
rules and regulations that will ensure a happy environment:
- There will be no drinking
of Alcoholic Beverages on the decks or in the pool area.
- Minors are strictly forbidden
to drink Alcoholic Beveragers anywhere on the property.
NJ.S.A.2C:33-15
- Room occupancy is limited
to REGISTERED guests only.
- Wristbands must be worn
at all times. No wristbands, No admittance.
- No loud or abusive language
will be tolerated, as well as fighting
- No diving or horseplay
in the pool area.
- At the discretion of Management,
any room not left the way it was found at check-in will
be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee, which shall
be deducted from the room security deposit
