The Loundy Family welcomes you to Seaside Heights. We have been welcoming vacationers to our Seaside Heights motels since 1932 on the same block. We hope we can help you enjoy the benefits of our piece of the Jersey Shore.

We are the only all suite property in Seaside Heights, accommodating families and couples up to six people.

As always, during the season in July and August, all rooms include Free Full Breakfast (not Continental) every day and Pizza at the Pool on Wednesday.

"We always enjoy spending time at the Sunrise Motel, where the rooms are clean, comfy and bright. The kitchenette, TV, phone, refrig are convenient for families. Outside on the well-maintained grounds awaits a sparkling pool with lots of chairs to sunbathe. Complimentary breakfasts and the Wednesday poolside pizza are favorites also. The warm, friendly staff are helpful and courteous. The beach and boardwalk are located just 2 blocks from the motel with plenty of places to go within walking distance."

"This past weekend was the first time I visited Seaside Heights. My husband and mother-in-law vacationed there years ago. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the town, and the friendliness of the people.

The Sunrise turned out to be an excellent choice of motels. Our room was clean and roomy, even for six of us. When we returned from the boardwalk our first night there, extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed had been placed in our room. Thank goodness! I has not even thought about that. The staff was extremely personable, and the two gentleman in the office were very nice and helpful. I like meeting people with a sense of humor.

I doubt that I will ever visit Wildwood or Ocean City again. seaside Heights has won my devotion for my future visits to the Jersey Shore. And you can bet I will be staying at the Sunrise Motel.
